The space and the equipment of the leaving room is really great. Generally thie app. is offerng a lot of space with its 150 m2. Both the "relaxing" part of the leaving room as well as its dinning part was big enough for the group of 8 people. Bedroom were well equiped, offering a lot of space for cloths. The host of the place (Mr. Giovanni) was very friendly and he shared with as many usefull information about Naples. He also let us checking in earlier and leaving later than we were informed.
The pressure of a war water was poor, so it was not possible to take a bath in both bathrooms at the same time
This is a fantastic location for all things historic Napoli! The hosts did a great job making sure we were comfortable, and we were able to walk to great restaurants!
Be warned if you are coming by car -- this is not an easy city to get around, and the apartment is not easy to get to. Don't attempt to get there by car, as we did. Park where the hosts suggest, or somewhere further, and walk in.
We spent 2 weeks in Naples and the appartement is perfectly located. You don't need a car, all is near you ; supermarket, places to visit, station at 10 min, historic center, shops. The apartment is really well decorated, clean and well equipped ( the air con was very welcome) . The lodgers are really lovely. We met the dad, his daughter and her husband, they were very helpful even we didn't speak the same language it was not a problem.
Maybe a umbrella will be good for the outside table.
Localization was great- just in historical center. Streets full of trattorias and coffee bars. Apartament was perfect, spacy, air conditioned, fully equiped. Host- Giovanni is so nice, kind and helpful.
The apartment was clean and in a relatively good part of Naples.
There is no basic kitchen. The gas range is there but elements have been taken off and replaced with a one electric induction element., which would not induct my coffee machine. Limited cutlery, crockery and pans. Only one small frying pan that you could not cook a breakfast in for four people. Had more work tools in cupboards than kitchen utensils. No washing machine.
The customer was not able to use the induction plate, the kitchen is equipped with everything! With the price paid, no apartment would have been found and allowed to say untrue things!!
The localisation in the old Town and the charme of the place.
The shower could be improve, more mug for breakfast (we were 6 persons), a saladcleaner, miror in the 3 bedrooms to go faster in the morning for a group
An microwafe would be interessant and a refresh décoration
The location and the calm and the welcome
Very comfortable apartment with well equipped kitchen and really spacious living room area, 2 fresh&clean bathrooms, nice view of the city from the balcony, placed in quite calm neighbourhood really close to the metro. The place is perfect for groups and bigger families. The host - Giovanni is really helpful too !
some problems with hot water pressure when 2 bathrooms are in use at the same time
Location was smack bang in the old town centre and within 20mins walk of the station.
Unfortunately my apart was changed at the very last min prior to travel with no explanation. The new 2 bed apart had cheap IKea furniture that was clearly on it's last legs (the table leg actually fell off). Walls were white but painted over with glitter, which looked like damp. Also the living space was not adequate for 3 of us - only 1 footstool to sit on otherwise we had to sit by the rickety table.
Location was the best and decor
Bad attitude of host. I would advise the host to learn professionalism and the in's and out's of running a business before jumping head first into something she cannot manage. Promises something prior to booking and then flatly refusing to comply. I would not recommend this property to anybody infact I will further warn travellers to Naples to stay clear of this particular property who take your money first and then fail to respond or help you further.
Dear Kritika, we are very sorry to learn that your stay at our apartment has not been as pleasant as we expect it to be. We can not understand what you mean by "bad attitude" and I would ask you to explain better what kind of problems you have found to be able to improve in the future. In 4 years of activity, it is the first time that we receive such a negative comment and this pains us because we always try to do our best not to disappoint our hosts expectations. We therefore look forward to receive further clarifications. Greetings, Sara
